New Day Vibes is a space to slow down and listen inward. To the body, the breath, and what’s quietly asking for attention.

It grew from a curiosity about the human experience and what becomes possible when we stop pushing and start paying attention.

Our approach is trauma and nervous-system informed, shaped by care, presence and gentle attention.

Safety, pacing and choice are honoured, allowing the nervous system to build capacity and flexibility to meet life’s ebbs and flows.

We use breath as an invitation, rather than a tool, to support regulation, presence and clarity,
without force or expectation.

New Day Vibes offers individual Breathwork sessions, guided group experiences and intentional practices designed to support presence, regulation and embodied awareness.

At its heart, this work is about presence and living the human experience with curiosity.
Creating space for what feels true and meeting our edges with care.

This work didn’t come to me quickly.

For over 20 years, I worked in the corporate world. Leading teams. Holding responsibility. Managing pressure and constant change. I know what it feels like to keep going. To perform. To override.

Significant turning points forced me to stop pushing and start paying attention.
They changed how I related to work, relationships, my body and myself.

The impact was not subtle.

  • Burnout. Chronic illness.

  • Dissociation. Fear. Fight. Flight.

  • Reactivity. Hypervigilance. Anxiety and panic.

  • Disconnection from my body.

  • Loss of identity. Grief.

  • And finally, remembering.

After years of traditional therapy, working with somatic mentors, self-study and reflection, I discovered Breathwork.

Breathwork helped me build capacity and emotional flexibility, rebuild trust in myself and learn to truly sit with what was there.

Completing my Breathwork Facilitator training deepened my understanding of the nervous system and the science of the breath. How stress and trauma live in the body and how breathing patterns can support regulation when held safely.

New Day Vibes is just beginning. I continue to study intentionally and am completing a coaching certification to better support others in navigating change with presence and care.

Trained through Sõmsana Breathwork, an internationally recognised and IPHM-accredited program in somatic breathwork facilitation, nervous system regulation and trauma-informed intentional breathing practices.
