Group Breathwork.

Group Breathwork offers a shared and supportive way to explore the breath alongside others, with live online sessions, immersive in person experiences and private group bookings available.

These guided offerings are designed to support nervous system regulation, grounding and presence in a calm, contained environment.

We begin with a gentle arrival and set an intention for the session. The group is then guided through a structured breath practice designed to create regulation and clarity. Guided meditation or visualisation may also form part of the experience.

While the practice is shared, the experience remains personal, allowing you to move at your own pace without pressure or expectation. Practising in a group can foster a quiet sense of connection and co-regulation, reminding us that we are not alone in our human experience.

Online Group Breathwork.

Online Group Breathwork offers a gentle, supportive way to practise Breathwork with live guidance, from wherever you are.

Held live via Zoom, each session allows you to be guided in real time. This makes the practice more accessible, whether you are at home, travelling, between commitments or simply needing a way to connect without adding more logistics to your day.

Each session includes a brief arrival, guided breath practice and time to integrate. The focus is on regulation, grounding and flow, rather than intensity.

Sessions are currently held on Wednesday evenings at 8pm and Sunday evenings at 7.30pm.

Additional online offerings, including seasonal sessions and Community events, may also be offered. See the Group Breathwork Schedule for monthly offerings.

In Person Breathwork Experiences.

Designed to support nervous system awareness, grounding and presence, New Day Vibes immersive group events offer an opportunity to step away from the pace and distractions of daily life.

Through Breathwork, meditation and reflection, each offering creates a deeper shared experience held with care.

The group setting allows you to move at your own pace, while being supported by shared presence, connection and co-regulation.

Each event is carefully held, with thoughtful pacing, clear guidance and time to arrive, breathe and reflect.

Private Group Breathwork.

Private group Breathwork offers a guided, shared experience tailored to your group.

Held in person for friends, small groups, corporate teams or retreats, each session creates space to slow down, connect and explore the breath together, supporting clarity, focus and nervous system regulation.

Sessions are thoughtfully guided and shaped to suit the group, while holding a shared space for presence, connection and nervous system awareness.

Designed for groups who want to experience Breathwork together in a more intentional and private setting, creating space to connect, reset and share the experience collectively.
