Group Breathwork & Meditation.

Hands resting gently during a New Day Vibes guided breathwork and meditation practice

Group Breathwork & Meditation offers a shared and supportive way to explore the breath alongside others, with live online sessions, immersive in person experiences and private group bookings available.

These guided offerings are designed to support nervous system regulation, grounding and presence in a calm, contained environment.

We begin with a gentle arrival and set an intention for the session. The group is then guided through structured breathwork and meditation to support regulation and clarity.

While the practice is shared, the experience remains personal, allowing you to move at your own pace without pressure or expectation. Practising in a group can foster a quiet sense of connection and co-regulation, reminding us that we are not alone in our human experience.

Create space for your group to slow down, reconnect and share a guided Breathwork & Meditation experience together.

Held in person for friends, small groups, corporate teams or retreats, each session is tailored to suit the group and designed to support connection, clarity, presence and nervous system regulation.

Sessions are thoughtfully guided and shaped around the intention of the experience, with space for the group to arrive, breathe, reflect and move through the practice at their own pace.

Whether shared with friends or a team, these sessions offer an opportunity to pause together, reset and reconnect. They can support greater presence, clarity and connection, while strengthening a sense of community through a shared experience that feels meaningful, grounded and supportive.

Live Online sessions offer a gentle, supportive way to practise breathwork and meditation with real-time guidance, wherever you are.

Held via Zoom, each session allows you to be guided in real time. This makes the practice more accessible, whether you are at home, travelling, between commitments or simply needing a way to connect without adding more logistics to your day.

Each session includes a brief arrival, guided breathwork and meditation, with space to integrate. The focus is on regulation, grounding and flow, rather than intensity.

Sessions are held weekly on Sundays at 7pm, Tuesdays at 6pm and Fridays at 5pm.

Additional online offerings, including seasonal sessions and Community events, may also be offered. See the Group Schedule for monthly offerings.

“Melena ran the most incredible Breathwork session for our group. She created a gently activating flow that helped us all drop into our bodies and connect with each other at a deeper level. The collective energy shift was REAL. Thank you for holding space for us.”

Our Philosophy.

We believe that curiosity keeps us open.
That there is wisdom in slowing down.
In noticing, rather than pushing.
In allowing, rather than forcing.

Our approach is embodied and grounded in safety, and presence.
It does not seek intensity or performance.
It invites reflection and discovery, at your own pace.

It’s not about fixing or controlling anything.
It’s about learning to stay with what is present.
And creating space for the body to breathe and soften.
