Group Breathwork.

Group Breathwork offers a shared and supportive space to explore the breath alongside others. These guided sessions are designed to support nervous system regulation, grounding and presence in a calm, contained environment.

We begin with a gentle arrival and set an intention for the session. The group is then guided through a structured breath practice designed to create regulation and clarity. Guided meditation or visualisation may also form part of the session.

While the practice is shared, the experience remains personal, allowing you to move at your own pace without pressure or expectation. Practising in a group can foster a quiet sense of connection and co-regulation, reminding us that we are not alone in our human experience.

Live sessions are offered online via Zoom and in person.

Held in person for friends, small groups, corporate teams or retreats, each session creates space to slow down, connect and explore the breath together, supporting clarity, focus and nervous system regulation.

Sessions are thoughtfully guided and shaped to suit the group, while holding a shared space for presence, connection and nervous system awareness.

Designed for groups who want to experience breathwork together in a more intentional and private setting, creating space to connect, reset and share the experience collectively.
