Breathwork Journey.
Breathwork Journey is a personalised 1:1 experience designed to support deeper awareness, regulation and integration through the breath. Each session provides a safe, supportive space to explore what is present with care and intention.
We begin with a comprehensive check-in to understand what is present and shape the direction of the session. Conscious connected breathwork and other supportive techniques are used to work with the nervous system, allowing for regulation, clarity and reconnection. Space is intentionally held for integration and reflection, allowing insights to settle and be meaningfully applied.
This offering is suited to those seeking a more immersive and individualised approach, held within a deeper Breathwork container.
Gentle follow-up support and reflective practices are offered to support integration.
Sessions are held online via Zoom or in person in Melbourne, typically in Hawthorn or another agreed location. Final details are confirmed after booking.

Elemental Breathwork.
Elemental Breathwork is a structured 1:1 or 1:2 online session guided by the five elements: Earth, Water, Fire, Air and Ether. Each element relates to different nervous system patterns, shaping how we work with the breath in the session.
We begin with a gentle check-in and set an intention for the session. From there, we use guided breathing techniques to work directly with your nervous system. The breath acts as a bridge between body and mind, creating space for clarity and presence.
These sessions are shaped by what is present for you on the day. The work remains calm, grounded and responsive, with space held for integration both within and beyond the session.
The session may also include guided meditation and visualisation.
Sessions are held in a safe, contained space.
There is no pressure, allowing you to move at your own pace.
