Breathwork Packages

Before we begin.

  • Breathwork is the practice of using specific breathing techniques to support nervous system regulation.

Your breath affects how safe, calm or alert you feel. When guided intentionally, it can help reduce stress, ease anxiety, improve focus and build emotional resilience.

Some techniques are slow and calming. Others are more energising. Each session is designed to meet you where you are.

At New Day Vibes, Breathwork is a simple, practical way to support both your mind and body, helping you feel more present, clear, grounded and at ease.

  • This may be for you if you’re looking for guided support to navigate stress, change or emotional pressure. Or you may simply be curious to explore Breathwork, without pressure or expectation.

You might find yourself here if you are:

    • Holding more than you let on.
    • Pushing harder, yet feeling depleted.
    • Often activated, restless or on edge.
    • Quick to react, withdraw or go quiet under pressure.
    • Moving through personal or professional change.
    • Feeling unclear on your values, or not living them.

    You may be wanting:

    • A simple, effective practice to support emotional regulation.
    • To feel less reactive and more settled.
    • To move through change and pressure with more ease and clarity.
    • To turn inward with greater intention.
    • To live in greater alignment with who you truly are.
    • Depth without drama or performance.

  • Each session follows a clear and supportive arc.

We begin with a brief check-in and set an intention for the session.

From there, I guide you through the breath practice itself. Techniques may vary depending on the session, and each one is explained clearly with alternative options. You are always encouraged to move at a pace that feels right for you.

We close with time for reflection before the session ends.

Each session is guided from beginning to end.

  • Yes. Breathwork can be a safe and supportive practice when facilitated with care and tailored to the individual.

You will complete an intake form before your session so any relevant medical history or contraindications can be considered. This ensures the session is guided safely and appropriately.

If you have any medical concerns, please speak with your doctor before booking.

Sessions are structured, intentionally guided and adapted as needed. You are always encouraged to move at a pace that feels right for you.

  • Emotional responses can arise during Breathwork, but they are not required or expected.

Breathing patterns directly influence the autonomic nervous system. As the body shifts between sympathetic activation and parasympathetic regulation, stored stress responses or emotional states may surface. Over time, working with the nervous system in this way can help build capacity and emotional flexibility.

Emotional safety is prioritised throughout the session. You are supported to move at your own pace, with no pressure to push, perform or intensify the experience.

You are always encouraged to pause, adjust or return to a steady rhythm if needed.

  • The format may feel slightly different, but the structure and guidance remain the same.

Online sessions follow the same clear arc, with check-in, guided breathwork and reflection. You are supported throughout, and space is created for questions or discussion where appropriate.

Some people find being in their own environment helps them feel more at ease. Others prefer in person connection.

Both formats are designed to be safe, structured and intentional.

  • You can. Many breathing techniques can be practised independently.

A trained facilitator brings experience and a working understanding of how the nervous system responds to different breathing patterns. Techniques are selected with suitability in mind, pacing and intensity are adjusted in real time, and patterns can be noticed and explored with informed guidance.

Breathwork is not just about following a breathing pattern. It involves working with shifts in the body and emotional responses in a way that benefits from experience, knowledge and appropriate support.

  • No. Breathwork is not therapy and does not replace medical, psychiatric or psychological care.

If you are experiencing acute distress or have medical concerns, please seek support from a qualified healthcare professional.
