Where my practice began
I first learned the power of Breathwork at home.
Not in a studio.
Not in a room full of people.
Online, guided live with my mentor.
That experience shaped the way I understand online sessions now.
Not as a replacement for in person work, but as a different way of experiencing the practice.
Online practice brought Breathwork into my daily life.
I created a dedicated space.
One that I could return to.
Same space.
Regular rhythm.
Repeated practice.
Over time, those conditions helped the practice become a daily habit.
Being in my own space also helped me move at my own pace.
I didn’t feel pressure to perform.
I wasn’t watching what anyone else was doing.
I could breathe, pause, cry or rest without external pressure.
There was more space to integrate afterwards too.
After each session, I could stay with what had surfaced.
Journal.
Reflect.
Move slowly.
I could sit with what was there, without rushing out the door.
The transition felt softer.
No traffic.
No rushing across town.
No nervous system spike in the in-between.
Just arrive, practice and let the experience land naturally.
That is one of the things I value about live online Breathwork.
It can bring the practice into your own environment.
Your home.
Your rhythm.
Your routines.
Your way of being.
Online and in person sessions are different experiences, and both can be held with care.
At New Day Vibes, 1:1 and Group Breathwork sessions are available online and in person. There is no pressure, no expectation and space to move at your own pace.
